MOSCOW, Jun 30 (PRIME) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin will address the nation at around 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
“Yes, Putin will indeed address the Russians today… It will happen at around 2:00 p.m.,” he said without disclosing the topic of the speech.
